Product exchanges are allowed within 7 days of your purchase. Exchanges are honored in form of store credit for product purchase amounts only, not including shipping costs. No refunds.
To be eligible for store credit/exchange, your item must be unused/unlaundered, with its original tag, and in the same condition that you received it, odor-free (pet, smoke, and/or perfume).
Shipping for Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
