Shipping policy

Items are shipped via USPS, in most cases.  You will receive tracking information when the package is ready for departure. Once the item arrives to the postal carrier, it becomes your responsibility.  Opal Dragonfly Boutique, Ltd DBA "ALT Boutique" is not responsible for refunding or replacing packages lost by the carrier or stolen from the recipient's residence.
